Welcome to Asset Builders,

Asset Builders of America, Inc. is a Wisconsin-based non-profit organization that promotes financial literacy through a variety of programs and partnerships with various businesses, schools, and organizations.

We produce a variety of programs targeted to youth, young adults, seniors, teachers, athletes, and so on. We currently operate these programs, including The Money Conference, Finance & Investment Challenge Bowl, Teen Money Camp, The Millionaires’ Club, Pipeline to Wall Street, Go4It!, and our Got Money! Teen Conference throughout the State of Wisconsin including in:

Asset Builders staff:

Richard Entenmann

Mr. Entenmann joined Asset Builders in 2000 and has served as Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors continuously since then.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Boston College Law School.  The Association for Investment Management and Research awarded him a Chartered Financial Analyst charter in 1998.

Mr. Entenmann practiced law on the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission at its headquarters office in Washington, DC for five years, where he played a key role in the Commission’s investor protection and education programs.

Mr. Entenmann’s community service has included volunteering with the United Way of Dane County, founding an NAIC/Better Investing investment club as a volunteer at the Madison Senior Center, serving on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Center for Academically Talented Youth (WCATY), serving on the Board as Treasurer for East Madison Little League, serving as Business Chair and Councilman with the Tenney-Lapham Neighborhood Association and volunteering with the Madison Patriots Youth Hockey organization.  Mr. Entenmann is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Madison (Downtown), and the Madison Metropolitan School District Personal Finance Advisory Board, and serves as President of the Lakers High School Hockey Blue Line Club.

Robert Wynn

Robert Wynn, J.D. founded Asset Builders in 1999 and serves as the organization’s Program and Development Consultant.  He conceptualized many of the programs for Asset Builders including the Money Conference, Finance and Investment Challenge Bowl®, Millionaires Club®, and Go4it!®.  Mr. Wynn, an attorney, is also the founder and owner of two companies, Akamai LLC, a consulting firm focusing on education, business and economic development, and ProSquared LLC, a development organization for athletes. Mr. Wynn formerly served as Financial Education Officer at the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions.  And previously, Mr. Wynn was Director of Minority Business Development at the Wisconsin Department of Commerce where he created and managed the Minority Business Development Fund and the Early Planning Grant Program for entrepreneurs.  These programs provided and leveraged a total of 70 million dollars for the benefit of minority entrepreneurs. A graduate of the University of North Carolina (B.A.) and University of Michigan (J.D.), Mr. Wynn served a three-year term on the Federal Reserve’s Consumer Advisory Council and he was a long-time National Board Member of Better Investing/NAIC.  


Jeff Sroka


Jeff Sroka is a licensed educator and graduate of UWM and Carroll University. He has been involved in teaching personal finance and promoting financial literacy across the state, and country, for the last ten years.
